I used stock plugins that are compatible with Standard and Suite so that it works for everyone. You can use this as a bass, a lead, or through the arpeggiator plugin and make stabs/plucks. Passed it through my SSL compressor and Neve compressor (with nothing applied, just to get that extra juice from analog compressors). Some more details - I recorded the synth using a Universal Audio Apollo x8 audio interface with Mogami cables. I'm guessing Kontakt? If you know how to do that let me know! I don't really use other programs like Reaper, Logic or Fruityloops so I have no idea how to make something similar for them. I thought I’d share with you my favorite one so far. I also loaded the rack with audio effects and some macro variations (those new presets on Ableton 11). I sampled almost every key in a given patch and mapped the samples using the zoning tab. I use analog synths like the Prophet Rev 2 which is a beast.Īfter spending a bunch of hours playing around with Ableton’s Sampler I’ve been able to make a pretty sweet instrument rack that sounds just like the synth patch. I make a lot of synth heavy music and quite a few producers have asked me for synth presets/samples.
